The Triangle Blues Society (TBS) reserves the right to photograph, videotape, or record the TBS Blues Jam in order to promote the jam. TBS retains ownership of the images and recordings, and reserves the right to Copyright the images and recordings.

Note: We added this notice, which is pretty standard text, about photos and videos because we do both in order to promote the TBS jam and the TBS Blues Challenge. It is here to let everyone know, up front, about it and to prevent others from using the images and recordings. Even it we omitted the copyright statement, TBS would automatically have a copyright and "own" the photos/videos when we published them on the website.
