Triangle Blues Society regrets to announce that our regularly scheduled TBS 1st Sunday Blues Jam, Sunday, June 7, 2020 has been cancelled until further notice. We want you all to be safe so stay home, stay healthy, and respect the advice for social distancing as hard as it may seem.

REMEMBER Be thoughtful and kind to one another. Pull out some music you haven't listened to in a while. Write a song or two or three or twenty. Write a letter. With a pen and a piece of paper. Or just type it. Just write. Call at least two people a day to check in on them and just chat. Limit your news intake. Buy and download music from your favorite blues artists - or any artist, for that matter. Buy a T-shirt while you're at it. Ask for help if you need it.

The music community is among the strongest out there. Look what we've gone through over and over just in doing what we love. You're the first to show up for fundraisers and to help out other musicians and artists who are in need. You show love from the very depths of your soul and in a thousand different ways.

Stay strong! Play music as loud as you can get away with without making the neighbors mad. Dance with your partner. Or with your dog or cat. Or whatever animal you call a pet. Or just be a maniac on your own dance floor.

Love and see you on the other side! Your blues family
